I ordered the Graro gravel Frame Set and the Blade g handle bar. Because I wanted a custom Color for the Frame I contacted the Customer service. Within a couple hours Debby from ICAN cycling emailed me back and send me some sample Pictures of the colors I wanted. The Communication was allways very Kind and responsive and I fellt well informed about every step. The Package arrived earlier than expected and was extremly well packed. The paintjob is outstanding and the Color is exactly like I wanted. Overall a Great experience I can highly recommend.
I bought my first set of Ican carbon wheels a few months ago. They have worked out really well, so well that I just bought a set for my other bike! Their customer service has been top notch, and I would recommend their wheels and the company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their bike to lighter and more aero wheels, while paying only a fraction of the price of wheels from other manufacturers!

We ordered the following from ICAN ICAN Graro 52cm Frameset (Custom painted to chosen Colours- Black and Gold)ICAN G24 SL Gravel Wheelset.Delivery: - Wheelset delivered within 2 weeks. Frameset between 4-5 weeks. The Items came very well packaged. Service: - Debby at ICAN was very friendly and efficient. She answered all our questions and kept us up to date with the delivery process. Providing pictures of the painted frameset prior to shipping.Frameset: - Weight is as described and the finish of the carbon frame and the paintwork looks as good as anything I've seen. Built the bike up with Shimano 105 Di2 12spd and this was relatively straight forward. (Note a small drive side crank spacer was required to run the 105 50/34T Chainset.) Only two rides done so far, but the bike rides really well and there are no issues. Wheels. I already have a pair of these wheels and they offer great "value to performance". I've ridden them in the UK Gravel Nationals and at the UCI World Gravel Championships without issue. Overall, I would say this is a great value purchase. 👌
