I have rented from NewWay 6 times in the last 7 months. I discovered them when I found they only provide full insurance. There is no hassle, no confusing terms of insurance - which is perfect when I am only interested in taking the keys and driving away.T
Good service but no terminal pick-up.
Every time prior to this trip I had terminal pick up which was one of the reason for using New Way.
I had not factored in the additional time for pick up and drop of plus bus transfers.
This is the main disappointment with the most recent hire.

Staff very friendly. No hidden costs. They took a deposit for the fuel which was returned to me after I returned the car. It was much easier dropping the car back as there were choices as to where to drop it. We chose to drive back to the terminal which was much easier than the returns areas that the other offered
I’ve used NewWay at Dublin airport 5 or 6 times and I wish all car hire/rental experiences were like NewWay. The simple thing of all inclusive takes away the stress of decision making (worried you didn’t buy enough insurance, worried you’d been sold unnecessary insurance) and actually makes the interaction with staff much more pleasant. I’m a great fan
