At the end of September 2025, they revamped the website, and my payment wasn’t processed the following month due to this update. After six days of noticing this, I reached out, but just seven days after my bill was overdue, they deleted all my files and couldn’t recover them. As a loyal customer for four years, having everything wiped over a minor delay is completely unacceptable. I suggest choosing a more reliable hosting service.
The service was good until they discontinued hosting for certain servers. It's frustrating that they didn’t consider the customers who had recently deposited funds, especially when they refuse to issue refunds due to their own mistakes.
