I have a lot of great things to say about Vendoo but if I were to narrow it down to a few most important and influential on my use it would be....
#1 Customer Service - we think it's a thing of the past, well it is not. When I need help, my needs are met instantly, politely and carefully.
#2 Ease of use. - Yes, every app does take a while to get used to but the rule of thumb is, the more you use it, the more you are familiar, it's not difficult!
Those are my 2 most impressionable, I could go on but try it for yourself!

Constant connectivity issues. Basics don’t work consistently but they keep piling on new features. Support is not available via phone so it takes forever and too much back and forth in chat over the course of days to resolve issues.

Been with Vendoo for 3+ years now. Very nice people to work with, relatively quick responses regarding concerns. Occasional frustrating hiccups with API issues with sites, but they do keep you informed and actively work the problem until it is remedied. Would definitely have my recommendation if you seeking a way to cross-list your items quickly in multiple venues they provided for.

Excellent product with an expanding range of features. The service supports channels that others do not yet accommodate, and its user interface is straightforward and user-friendly. The customer support team is highly responsive and personable. While some features are still in beta, they appear to be consistently innovating.

I've been using the service for several years, and I feel they've been doing an excellent job of adding more features. Navigating the ups and downs of online marketplaces can be challenging; some days sales are booming, while other days are slow—this is where crossposting becomes invaluable. As an online seller since 1998, I've witnessed countless changes over the past 25+ years, and having tools like this really aids in diversifying my approach. I particularly value the delisting tool, importing feature, background remover, and the outstanding support team when issues arise. I do wish they would introduce a delister for certain sales, and there are current issues with another platform that seem to stem from their recent changes. The service isn't flawless, but they consistently release new features, updates, and integrate new platforms, which is essential in this ever-evolving business landscape.
