We cannot praise Iconic enough for dealing with the sale of our two classic cars. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Richard Greenhalgh guided us through the formalities in an extremely competent way - he really deserves a medal! Settlement was prompt and very satisfactory. Well Done!
Initially a very disappointing experience. I was the highest bidder on a lot but the auctioneer did not acknowledge my bid despite it displaying online, I have proof of this. I have missed out on a car I have wanted for a while and the vendor will be receiving less than they should. This review was followed up with contact from the auctioneer who I can only commend for trying his best to resolve the situation. I am at least pleased to learn that the car is going to a good home. Overall an unfortunate situation but I appreciate them responding in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I would use this auction house again in the future.
I recently sold to Motorcycles with iconic and the Gentleman called Dan was absolutely fantastic. Is communication throughout was first class very honest and open company could not recommend highly enough and will be certainly using you guys again.
Guys where there on day of my purchase.gave me options on delivery and prices associated with each choice.kept updating me with the whereabouts my purchase was.Arrived as per eta estimate and pre warn with a phone call.Perlite and neighborhood observant with manor he delivered to my designated place.Very pleased and strongly recommend.The payment was a little stressful as I’m not best acquainted with internet banking but patient staff helped me through it.Many thanks
Right from the very first connection with Iconic Auctions. I was looked after and given good independent advice to the better of myself in the first. I cannot express my sincere thanks enough to Gary Dunn who was so supportive and offered options in the day of the auction. Which all in all made the process easier. Did I get the price I wanted no. But that was more about the market for the car I was selling. Rather than the expertise of Iconic.
