Avoid!!

Avoid!!Within 2 weeks of being appointed made threatening phone call that if other surveyors did not contact them they would be doubling charges. It then took them 10 months for a party wall agreement that should have taken less then 2 months easily. They then charged extortionate prices - they did not have the knowledge and so were unable to get it sorted..AVOID
