The representative I spoke with was very friendly, but failed to mention some crucial details about the course I enrolled in. I've attempted to cancel the course both through him and by contacting customer support, as there is a 14-day cancellation policy. Despite submitting two cancellation requests, I was just informed that they have initiated a direct debit today without any response from them.
