Saurab who is my recruitment consultant was really helpful throughout the onboarding process and was able to get me working quickly. There is a lot of paper work but he responds to queries quickly. However I think there should be direct lines to contact the consultants directly without going through the switch board all the time. Nevertheless I ll recommend them to all doctors and nurses.
This was my first locum job on completing training, and the way Sanaya Musani guided, steered and often handheld me through the process has been outstanding. She would always be in touch to check how the experience was going, and to allay / address any anxieties or apprehensions that the novel circumstance would generate. To illustrate, I fell ill just before I was due to start, again leaving me uneasy about the first impression my absence would give the employer. Sanaya stepped in and communicated delicately yet proactively on my behalf. She was also a constant, visible and containing presence when issues emerged regarding payment – she helped me navigate that challenging time with patience and thoughtfulness. She has been fantastic.
