Review Time
Initially, I wanted to get Benzinga Pro only and I was on trial. I Like the way all arranged in Pro. Then I got connected with Rodrigo. He is very calm person and first he understands my trading style. On that basis he advised me get summer Bundle offer packages with some additional stuffs I should go with. And I got started my trading journey. Meanwhile I have a free Laptop dispatch issue that was nicely handled by Rodrigo. Also any technical issues like some subscription get locked, or some functions not working, He is always on phone or text or email to answer and respond timely manners. I will suggest to have a contract with Rodeo for best advice.
I have been following Benzinga for 3 years now and have to say this is the most consistant platform hands down. I have tried numerous discord groups as well as other chart analysis websites and always find that everything i need is right here for much cheaper than all these other sites. Teachers like Chris Capre and Mark Putrino are so invaluable and essential that you'd be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else. Also its not just a web service you can actually call and talk to Rodrigo (my main guy) and he will guide you to choose the best plan that works for you. And dont believe me just call or email them and ask to talk to Rodrigo then say whats up when you see me in the chat

Mark Putrino is a breath of fresh air in an environment of exaggeration and misinformation. Mark offers a unique community experience. He is interesting, straight forward, has a great laugh, and is very knowledgeable about the markets and how they work. His years of experience have allowed him to recognize this pending market correction at an early stage and share this with his students. Each day Mark goes over the Sector charts, finds the levels, and the gives a few scenarios how things may unfold over the next few days. I never knew how to read a chart until I joined his course. Mark always encourages us to go forward, yet to also be cautious. I highly recommend his course.
Really bad communication in my opinion but their customer service was pretty good. They outright refused to give my money back when I asked. They claimed that since the charge had processed at the one year mark (as I wasn't aware I was on auto-renewal), it was set in stone and I couldn't receive a refund (this is to my knowledge, still their policy so ***buyer beware***).I had to go through a lengthy dispute process. I then couldn't find when the refund was issued. They told me it was something I needed to take up with my bank. So supposedly they've refunded me my money.I'm now following up with my bank to see if/when I got my money back.And all of this over $68 or so?! Why would I ever do business again with an organization that will take "customer" money when that person doesn't want their product? I informed them as soon as I got the email that the payment had processed.I just don't know why they fought me so hard and why I'm still going through this to get money back for a product I didn't want. Do better, Benzinga. Just give customers 7 days to ask for a refund on renewals they don't want.
I was a little unsure of which path to take in my trading education. Rodrigo spent the time necessary with me. I was blown away by Benzinga's commitment to getting the right fit for the customer. They are definitely the exception in the prolific saturation of the trading education industry. They are so committed to their industry. Really outstanding. I can't imagine any trader seriously perfoming their journey without Benzinga
There is no courtesy email before your annual subscription renews. If you miss it, they send you exactly one email letting you know they've charged you a non-refundable amount that they refuse to refund for any reason whatsoever. I personally found their customer support very lacking, and I believe they may be violating two Canadian laws. Firstly, I'm not convinced they honour the Buyer's Right to Cancel in BC.Secondly, I'm not sure they follow CRTC guidelines on the way they send texts to Canadian Citizens.I don't trust them and will never use their service again. It's not about money. It's the principle of the thing. They are happy to take money from "customers" who don't want their services. I ethically refuse to work with businesses that do that ever.
