Fabulous service across the contract

Fabulous service across the contract, however I have been informed contract end date is near and as part of that mail it states there is a £7.00 sim only deal which is sufficient for my needs. But when I go in to change to this deal it only has a £10.00 lowest sim deal.

I had a problem which should have taken…

I had a problem which should have taken 2 minutes to resolve on live chat by somebody who is capable of understanding English. Instead I was repeatedly stonewalled, refused assistance, repeatedly given irrelevent and incorrect information. I have been unable to use mobile data since I recieved the phone, and I identified the problem as a simple fix that technical support could have resolved. However, I was refused to be put through to a second tier level of customer service. So I will be cancelling my contact. I would not recommend using ID Mobile if you value your sanity

This will be my third year with iD the signal is great, I find the app very helpful and easy to use, changing to a sim only plan was really simple and done in a few minutes.
