Why would we need more!

The service my wife and I have separate ID Mobile contracts which are ideal for our needs. We are both retired. Our contracts includes 6GB data, unlimited calls and messages, for £6 per calendar month. I have never had a problem with mobile connection and my data usage accounts for only a small amount of the 6GB allowance, the unused amount which rolls over to the following month.

Terrible service

Terrible service, can't change or update my contract and ignore my calls. Signal is shocking and coverage is awful no matter where I go on my Samsung s25+ avoid!

Zizipho was great

Zizipho was able to assist me with all that I needed via the chat. She was great. I have also raised a complaint for another colleague (Shyam) as he quoted me Black Friday prices earlier in November 2025 which ended up being more expensive that the actual black Friday deals. I was not happy with this

Decent deals but horrendous customer service!Horrible waiting times, miscommunication between their departments. One agent peomises you a deal, the other can't do the same. Online chat is useless. You spend hours waiting on them to reply and they randomly leave the chat. Useless!

When I ordered it clearly stated I would receive a £100 gift card - I spent above my budget as the gift card would mean the average price I spent per month would be power - they ignore my calls and emails for months and are now saying I'm not eligible despite a contract dates within the time frame to relieve the voucher - the offer was a bit factor in my decision to proceed and was clearly stated when I made the order - this is a scam company - avoid at all costs
