I received an email this evening telling me that my”order is being prepared”- but to my knowledge I haven’t ordered anything from them. It was Guardio who advised me that “my account was now protected” - but I have never applied for one. How can such firms unilaterally take it upon themselves to open ‘unsolicited accounts’?? Absolutely disgraceful & fraudulent.

Glasses ordered not delivered

Glasses ordered, progressive lenses, were not delivered. Ordinary magnifier ones arrived. I asked to return them but was not feasible. 'Lucy' offered £10 refund, which never arrived. A scam!! Should have checked Trust Pilot first.

Fake glasses

The glasses that were advertised are not the ones I received they are just a pair of magnifying glasses no filter in fact they were women's and I ordered men's don't fall for this scam .

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered two northern lights Bluetooth lights. Arrived today. Won’t charge don’t work!! Advertised that come with remote controls! None in the boxes. One box looked as if had been returned then just sent out to me battered!! Have not had a reply back yet. Disgusted just rubbish!!!

I ordered a pair of standard reading…

I ordered a pair of standard reading glasses,and receive a pair that is made for seeing with cataracts.it was so bad, that i contacted the service department and sent them the photos and the purchase receipt. Have written them 5 times and nothing.I will not recommend this company to anyone. W. Morin
