We phone these on the 12th of November and the said yes too my partner you can have an iphone 17 pro max they took the money they then said it will be there tomorrow guess what yeah it come but after it was drop off too use by dpd boyfriend gets a phone sorry we delivered the wrong order and that someone will be back between 8 and 9 tonight too get it we where the. Told by the person on the phone it would be delivered tomorrow and guess what next comes no nothing and then 8 or 9 days later still waiting 🙃 🤔 🙄 and then we went to bank too Council Direct order because that was still going throw and there is no way on earth I am paying for something that I never received

Common sense Approach

I have been a customer of ID for great number of years. Usually, every two years, I have renewed with a new Phone and new deal. This year I felt that the cost of a complete new deal was becoming more expensive than I wanted to pay. ID suggested I could move to a Sim only deal at a much reduced cost. This was showing sense as to my circumstances and my phone usage. I am pleased to have changed to a sim deal until such times as circumstances change.
