I have been a customer of ID for great number of years. Usually, every two years, I have renewed with a new Phone and new deal. This year I felt that the cost of a complete new deal was becoming more expensive than I wanted to pay. ID suggested I could move to a Sim only deal at a much reduced cost. This was showing sense as to my circumstances and my phone usage. I am pleased to have changed to a sim deal until such times as circumstances change.
