I've used the service multiple times over the past few years and have consistently found them to be excellent. They are friendly, welcoming, and professional, quickly resolving issues with devices at very competitive prices (sometimes even for free for minor issues). Fantastic service

I'm thrilled to have my iPad back in perfect working order. I sent it in on Tuesday evening and received it repaired and returned by Thursday, arriving safely on Friday. I was kept fully updated throughout the process. An excellent service that I would definitely recommend. Thank you very much!

Fast turnaround for iPad repair

I sent my iPad on Thursday afternoon and got it back by Saturday morning. That's quicker than two other repair services located 25 miles away, which only offered to fix the glass and LCD. A quick call before sending reassured me they would do a great job quickly, and I couldn't be happier. Their prices are fair given the complexity of the repair. Our family has many devices with various issues, so we will definitely be returning for more repairs.

Frustrating experience with iPad repair

I sent my iPad for a screen replacement and had to call multiple times to check its status. I was informed that I had selected the wrong glass replacement and was charged an additional fee, which I paid promptly. Later, I was told they mistakenly sent me someone else's iPad and asked for it back, while mine was held until they received the other one. They offered a refund as a gesture but I faced challenges getting updates on my device. It took over two weeks to complete the repair, and the lack of transparency was frustrating.

Affordable iPhone repair

I had smashed the glass back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the company quoted an exorbitant price for replacement. However, the service replaced the back for £75. There was a slight delay, but I was kept informed throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Many thanks!
