I purchased an SSD card online, Samsung 250 gigs. This was actually an accident. I wanted the one terabyte Samsung ssd and went into the CeX in swords and within minutes I was greeted by a man who I later found out to be the manager named Stephen. I explained the problem to Stephen and he was understated and was able to give me a refund that was applied to buying the SSD card which I desired. It was an extremely pleasant extreme experience. He was very informed on the products he had in stock, was very eager to discuss the games I liked and had in common and now I will try to go to that CeX more often as I know that the staff are quick and efficient all while being pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this store
So have been using CEX store for over three years from 2022, my first experience was to sell a DSLR, just joined college and needed some immediate cash. That's how I was introduced to CEX, but since that had done many purchases, and barring a few misses 95% of the time I was super satisfied. Especially with the 5 years extended warranties, makes me confident. Have never had an experience with a "C" category item though.
The item I ordered is lovely just what I wanted. It was for hubby and arrived on the day of his birthday. I didn’t expect it to come in the original box but I expected better packaging. My post man just threw it on the ground. The box and paper inside was wet, the item not marked as fragile and was looose to rattle around in the box the screen could easily have got broken
