Disappointing Experience.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered two items and neither were received correctly. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed that I would need to visit one of their locations to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I live far from any of their shops, which is why I chose to shop online. I will definitely avoid this service in the future.

Disappointed with the disc condition

Disappointing experience

Once again, I received the wrong item. I ordered a specific figure but was sent a different one, despite the clear labeling. The figure arrived damaged, and I have not even unwrapped it. I'm extremely frustrated with the support team's generic responses. I expect specific assistance rather than standard replies. This issue needs to be resolved quickly, and I demand either a refund or the correct item.
