I recently visited the CEX store in Limerick and the layout is organized. The customer service was very excellent with friendly staff. I especially appreciated the checkout process, which was quick and efficient, allowing me to complete my purchase without any hassle.
The item arrived quickly and worked (it was a usb ethernet adaptor)The first time I tried to order stuff though, the order got cancelled for some reason. But my card wasn't charged so no need to worry if the same thing happens to you.
I'm already a big fan of CeX—I often browse their stores, picking up great finds and trading in games and consoles over the years. However, this was my first time using their online service and it was fantastic. They had a game I'd been wanting for a while at a significantly lower price than elsewhere, available on physical disc, so I placed an order. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition making the whole experience seamless. I’ll definitely be using their online service again!
