Review Time
The watch I ordered was a black Garmin forerunner smart watch. What arrived was a purple Garmin with a broken purple strap and a spare pink strap. I returned it to my closest shop and in fairness was refunded with postage cost which only took 4 days.
Ordered a dvd that said it was in stock last week money was taken from my account and I received a confirmation email. However 5 days later I got an email to say that they didn't have the product. This isn't the first time that has happened. It is ridiculous that they can't keep there stock up to date. Especially this time of year with Christmas presents. Unreliable and non accomodating company, very unsatisfied yet again. Nothing but issues and delayed emails. Will not be ordering with cex again. The fact is happened on more than one occasion, clearly staff cannot maintain the warehouse or keep the website up to date. As I've stated will not be dealing with cex again.
