Check the product upon delivery to ensure it is the correct model and that there are no issues.

This is about the TV purchase i made last year, the model initially referenced was the Samsung Crystal UHD 43" TU7020, a 2020 release. Upon further review of the Samsung inventory while considering a purchase for a relative, it was discovered that the delivered unit was the RU7020 model, a 2019 release that does not feature Crystal UHD technology. This represents a discrepancy between the ordered and received products. While the impact is not substantial, the situation raises concerns regarding the accuracy of the fulfillment process.Furthermore, the Blu-ray player received was unable to read discs, which suggests a potential deficiency in the quality assurance protocols.And there are more. I work for this firm and I have purchased several PS5s for the company, and at least one received had a faulty HDMI port.

Simply hate the online aspect of this store!Recently I was rebuked by customer care for a review that did not pertain to a specific order. This shows why cex scores highly on TrustPilot, as only successful orders are given the opportunity to share their options. I would love to see the score from the countless number of failed orders.But Sagar’s rebuke highlights the main problem with cex! Customer Care would rather spend time rebuking reviews or making witticism, than actually helping customers!So Sagar, can I suggest you focus on the issues at hand, not spend time making excuses…Amazon! Vinted! Zavvi! The high street!Anyone else!
