Never could get an account registered when I downloaded the iPhone app (10+ attempts to send emailed security code to them got no response). I registered for an account on the iFramix website, but phone app would not recognize email and password. App store said my iPad 2 was not compatible with app. A request for help on the iFramix Contact page resulted in no response at all after more than a week. I don't remember how I purchased this boat anchor, so I don't know how to return it for refund. Read all the other negative reviews.

Do not purchase this product!I purchased a iFramix as a Christmas gift, expecting a polished, ready-to-use product based on what was advertised on their website. Instead, when we opened it, we discovered that setup was far more complicated than it should be for something marketed as consumer-friendly. What should have been a simple plug-and-play experience turned into several days of trying to get it work with no success!Even more disappointing, several of the features prominently promoted — including widgets like calendar and weather — weren’t actually available. These weren’t minor extras; they were core selling points that influenced my decision to buy. It was misleading to advertise functionality that customers can’t actually use.When we contacted customer support to request a return, we were met with a long, drawn-out email exchange that ultimately went nowhere. Despite explaining that the product didn’t meet expectations and lacked advertised features, they refused to honor a return simply because the device technically “worked.” Their only response was that the missing software might be available sometime in the future — which doesn’t help when you’ve already paid for something you can’t use as intended.The result? An expensive device that now sits unused in the back of a cabinet. Between the misleading marketing, missing features, and rigid return policy, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
The product is great! I used it for over a year without problems. Recently I tried to add new pictures which the app wouldn’t do. I tried reconnecting everything and now I can’t add any pictures at all. I’ve had no response from customer service to help fix the issue. Said since the concept is great!
The concept looked good but the reality is a big disappointment. The software is poor and the process is slow and limited. I am only able to upload a total of 100 photos, 9 at a time and only from my iCloud. Photos in other locations can't be added. The orientation of the photos cannot be adjusted so heads are cut off even in the correct position. Very poor and disappointing, there are better photo display gadgets on the market. Don't waste your money.
