As a returning iglu customer I was greeted as an old friend.I have to say although a delt with a guy called Max, all of his colleagues when answering a phone call were prompt, friendly & professional.What I must of Max , is thank you for his patience, diligence and persistence in finding me, my wife & ski buddy for us the perfect ski deal package to fit our different requirements.
