Adam was excellent throughout the process. He took the time to listen carefully to our requirements, explored the available options, and came back with several well-thought-out suggestions for us to consider.My only gripe relates to Iglu’s payment policy. We were told that AMEX isn’t accepted unless there’s a risk of losing the booking. In my view, you either accept a payment method or you don’t — consistency would be appreciated.
