Review Time
My dog passed away on Friday and I haven’t been working the last few weeks because she was sick and now I’m taking time off to morn her. I reached out to customer service for help on my order and they were extremely understanding and helpful and I appreciate it more than I can express.
I had an issue with a discount code I was issued not working, so I reached out to the customer service team and Remie was super helpful! She got everything sorted for me, and did so faster than I expected. The outfit I ordered also arrived in great condition and I am so excited to wear it to the Get Freaky!l festival!
Absolute scam. Ordered in June. I never received my package but according to them it wad delivered, so they said they sent out another. Once again, they say it was delivered and it wasn't. The website they sent me to "track the package" is a well known scam site to just say it was delivered. Don't waste your time or money. If you give it a chance use PayPal so you can request refunds.
I can't explain how amazing my experiences with iHeartRaves have been, especially because I read some things about clothing quality and customer service issues on Reddit. I'll touch on both points in case you are having any doubts yourself. Context: It's the summer and my sister and I have a festival we are going to on August 2-4 (2024) and each day has a theme (dark, retro, neon). We needed cool fits and liked the deals on iHeartRaves. We placed an order 1 week before on July 25th and paid the expedited fee to have it sent in 2-3 business days. By Tuesday we noticed the order was sent but not moving quickly and were starting to get worried (we're leaving in two days). I received a call from Remie and she explained there was an issue and it was accidentally sent standard and they couldn’t stop or speed up the package. I explained the situation and dates of the festival and Remie sent out a second order entirely free with expedited shipping and told me if it didn’t get there by the festival I could return both and get a full refund. It got here literally the next day right in time for the festival and I returned the one that was sent standard after the festival with no problems. The fits were amazing quality, and the shirts are a lighter material but not see-through (unless you want it to be) which is perfect when it’s getting hot in the sun. The black pants and vest I got were thicker and well-made. It’s also funny because you can see so many people wearing the same stuff off Amazon but you stand out with these fits. Oh also, you can match with whoever you are going with (similar prints for both guys and girls that are different but enough to tell you coordinated a look). Long story short, I’ve had an amazing experience with people complimenting us on our looks and also dealing with the customer service here. Remie handles a lot of the calls coming in and she is absolutely amazing and has customer service down to a T. I don’t normally write such a big review but this experience could’ve gone so poorly and it didn’t, making our festival all the more enjoyable. Thanks again Remie and iHeartRaves - Brandon. Oh, and they gave us a $25 gift card for next time - I will definitely be shopping here again next year and I recommend you try it too :D
They sell fake Anthony Wang knockoffs. False advertising. I specifically requested a FULL refund with paid shipping, and STILL shipping was deducted. So I paid for shoes that were not real, and still lost money returning them. What a freaking scam. Horrible.
