I bought a bodysuit from them, the moment I received it, I realized it was too big, without even putting it on, I returned it. I ordered the same one pay express shipping and one other item, so it will get here on time for my event. Soon after, I received an email saying they can’t not refund me back my money, since the one I sent back had a stain it. I absolutely have no idea where the stain came from. And they said since I didn’t mention about the stain, they can’t do anything about it. I mean seriously, there is record that they can check to see how soon I order the second piece! I now stuck with 2 of the same products. Will I ever shop with them again? MOST DEFINITELY NOT!
I love buying clothing from them the only issue is I always have to get the biggest size and even then sometimes they're a little tight. I'm not that big of girl and feel like they should maybe make bigger sizes or even a plus size line. Other than that I love shopping from them, just be careful with sizing
My package was lost in the mail, and after emailing iHeartRaves, I immediately got a call from them. They wanted to reship my order to me at no extra cost. It made me very happy to have such excellent customer service, because I was so scared my items would be lost forever!
I ordered a gift for my friend just in time for a event, they said it would be delivered on December 5th, I've tracked my order and they have sent it to a completely different city sitting in some warehouse saying It can't be found. Now my friend will not get a gift and won't be able to wear it for the event I bought it for. HOW HARD IS IT TO SHIP A PACKAGE TO A PROVIDED SHIPPING ADDRESS??! I literally provided my address and they sent it to some warehouse 100+ miles away. Very disappointed in this service and probably will never use it again. I should receive free shipping consider I paid more to have it sent early and yet it is not here.POOR
Ordered my Halloween costume from iheartraves.com 3 weeks ago. I received one of my items - which was not only the wrong color but their sizes are completely off. I have tried to contact them through phone, email, message, everything and no response. They keep telling me that my items have been shipped and that I have received them, which clearly I have not received. So disappointed.
TERRIBLE. i ordered something on tuesday with 2-3 day shipping and expecting it thursday or friday for an event im going to on saturday. Friday came around and its still hasnt even been scanned by any upsp guy... in the end im not even going to use any of the products... i called and can get a refund but i cant get a refund for the extra money i spent for it to be here on time due to their clumsinessALSO 2 of my friends ordered from this website and one ordered a savage wrap around top and its basically a cloth, it doesnt cover her breast at all. and my other friend got a one peice and its way to big in the breast area.. in the end we all had to buy new outfits.. i just recommend not buying from this website at all because its a waste of money and they are very unreliable
Although, they have a ton of really cool things to pick from, they're sizes are all kinds of wrong. I had ordered my bf a hoodie that he wanted terribly. He's a tall guy, and needs an XXL. It was hard to find the hoodie he wanted in that size, and I was super stoked when I found it on this site. Well, I ordered it the day before black friday, got it 2 days before Christmas. I understand how crazy the holidays get, and I also understand that the site states that to give them 10 days since it's custom. But almost a month later? That's kind of crazy. Then, the hoodie was no where near XXL. It was sized more like a Medium. I was refunded my money, even though it wasn't a full refund which is crap. I won't buy anything from this site.
