My experience with Iheed has been wonderful, from the time I started submitting my interest to the person centered support in terms of an advisor every step of the way was key for me because I was new to studying in a different country and I had lots of questions and needed reassurances.

The programme was convenient for me, and I found my Programme Manager very willing and available to help. My Dissertation Supervisor was thorough and supportive.Failings include confusing LSBU with the University of Warwick at the dissertation stage. Is iheed affiliated with LSBU or the University of Warwick? . This needs to be made very clear. Lecturers should have a multicultural background and experience, as this study cuts across so many countries and continents.
The customer service of this company is exceptionally poor. Having worked in and run University's for most of my career the customer service for trying to book a £4500 PGCert for a sponsor organisation was of the scale bad. Warwick should review this relationship and do it in house. No wonder University's are in such trouble.
Most of the tutors are fair to students. Recently received biased feedback addressed to someone else, one of the tutors stated he could not find some details which were clearly mentioned and discussed in the essay. The institution has failed to address the issue. Bias and prejudice is real 😳.
It was a bad experience with Iheed.org, they are more worse than scamers, the quality of education is poor, you will learn nothing, just waste of time and money. They will not do what they promise. Please go for other institute.

They entice you into signing restrictive terms and conditions that legally cripple your ability to dispute anything later, a tactic that is particularly effective against non-EU residents.The process begins with online coaching but quickly shifts to an ambiguous examination system designed to systematically extract your hard-earned money.Most importantly for those in the region: None of the hospitals here in KSA accept their certificate. It holds no professional value practically.Before you engage in what I can only describe as an educational gamble, I urge you to conduct a thorough risk-benefit analysis. Be careful.
