I had a very poor experience with a lot of miscommunication. Every time I emailed to confirm class times, I received uncertain responses. When I finally got admitted, the class had already started weeks ago, and I was told I was marked absent. I shouldn't have to miss work due to their misleading information.
I've had a positive journey with the institute, starting with a few bumps but improving as I progressed. I was fortunate to learn from experienced and thoughtful staff, especially those who went the extra mile to provide tailored study material. Thanks to the team for their support!
I had a great experience with the instructors. They were incredibly supportive and provided excellent exposure to practical classes and various types of equipment. One instructor was particularly helpful in ensuring I understood the material thoroughly.
I have studied CERTIII in Early childhood. Seema George is very professional teacher. She is very helpful and make you understand very well. I really Enjoyed studying at IHNA. We did learn about childcare settings, and we also had a fun. Leticia Co-Ordinator is very good. She is happy to help everyone as much she can.I really like her way of talking. I really recommend the certificate 3 in pathology collecting at IHNA Parramatta. They are really supportive from their online resources to the campus itself. A HIGE SHOUT OUT to my teacher who made learning about this course interesting and believing in all her students. This is just the beginning of my journey into a rewarding health care career.
After a long a pushy calls and emails to sign up with their course; I ended signing up and decided to give them a $300 deposit. Weeks later, the course hasn’t started and I called to cancel due to work priority. The lady Ayesha mentioned that I will get my refund back and after following their procedure of waiting for 30 BUSINESS DAYS, I still have not received my deposit. Days, weeks and months of emails and phone call get me nowhere…Then, finally someone from Account sent a remittance advice 2 months after submitting refund form, but was backdated to 1 month after refund form submitted, but still NO MONEY IN BANK UNTIL NOW (May 2025). Total of 3 months and no money in my bank. Btw, I think the remittance advice was fake, because I call my bank, and confirmed there was no money transferred from their account.Don’t waste your time and money on liars, scammers, and slum-dog like these people. For those who have suceeded their journey IHNA - congratulations - but those who changed their mind with IHNA, be warned and run away from these slum-dogs. I wish karma will bite you back.
