I don't normally give feedback on Trust pilot, but the exceptional handling of my query, and small complaint, by Chloe.J , has compelled me to do so. In the past, I have felt rather isolated from I.I. and I felt that I was just a number. But Chloe J. has shown me that if you do have a problem it will be dealt with personally and with consideration. She is a credit to I.I. and I will continue to use their excellent services.
Had a useful conversation with Callum this morning. He was very patient and thorough and spent some time explaining how a system works. For the first time in 20 years I have finally understood how it works. Thank you Callum for the taking the time with me this morning.
I made an error on my pension lump sum withdrawal form. I phoned II first thing and spoke to a young lady called Lois. She couldn’t find my form on the system but listened when I explained my concerns. She took ownership of my bad admin, talked to the pensions team and called me back before 1000.Professional throughout and diligent she had answers to my questions and cancelled my botched form.That is first class service; by Lois and by II. It took 5 brokers before I got to II; they don’t meet any standard, they set the standard.
