I purchased a wig over two weeks ago and contacted the seller to inform them that they sent the wrong item. They responded, claiming their warehouse confirmed the correct wig was sent. After I provided a picture proving it was the wrong one, they still refused to refund my money or send the correct wig. I strongly advise against buying from them.

I ordered a wig on September 19th, 2025. As of today, October 10, 2025, I received a confirmation immediately after placing the order, but no further communication. I've emailed multiple times, and no one answers the phone. The messaging service is automated. This company is fraudulent. BEWARE! I'm still waiting for a response.
