My husband seen their knife set and ordered it only he accidentally ordered 2 sets. I emailed Imarku to explain what had happened and to see about returning one set. They emailed me back with information on returning one set along with other options including keeping the second set and gifting it to a friend with a 20% refund. I was shocked that they offered me any sort of refund for my husband’s mistake! Their customer service is top notch and we will be purchasing from them in the future.
Ordered three of the cast iron skillets and I'm blown away by the results. They're even better than advertised. Easy to clean, they cook FLAWLESSLY, and they're so durable. Still look brand new even after months of consistent use.
I received a 7 in. Santoku knife as a gift last Christmas (2023), and my impression then was that it is probably the best chef's knife I've ever used. In fact it has a special place on the knife rack next to some lesser cutlery (still great, but not in of the same caliber). I recently purchased an entire set to replace the lesser knives, and once again the quality, balance and craftsmanship is second to none. They rival anything from the best cookware retailers around, and at a VERY competitive price (particularly when they are on sale). I've given the new Santoku knife that was included to my son so he can experience the quality for himself. As a side note, there was a glitch in the shipment and the Imarku Team did everything necessary to make sure the order was properly, and promptly, fulfilled. I'll be looking to add other items from them as needed. You won't be disappointed!

iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives.
He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku.
Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.See more
