I have purchased three bags so far, and all of them have been great! They arrive with a box and dust bag, which is a nice touch. I was initially skeptical about buying bags online since many things can go wrong, but I’ve had a very positive experience with this company. Impeccable Bags.
The quality is better than others I have seen, and I am very satisfied with my purchases. I live in Canada, so shipping does take a bit longer, but overall, I highly recommend this company. I give them a 5 STAR.

I was impressed with the quality of the bag. Communications were great. Tracking my item was on point. I am a satisfied customer and will be ordering again. I have referred them to friends and family, some have already placed an order.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a bag that was advertised as calf leather which was the main reason for my purchase, I was expecting good quality, however the bag is plastic and has a really strong chemical smell as stated by another review.I asked for a refund, I was told I could keep the bag and have another style free of charge. I explained I had lost confidence in the products and would just like a refund.I was then told they can offer a partial 35% refund and I can keep the bag. I politely explained I would not use the bag so would like to return and have a full refund (referencing their 100% customer satisfaction).However I was then told to return would cost another $80 at my expense. I explained this was unfair due to falsely advertising leather and receiving plastic. The responses are very delayed ( perhaps intentionally) as since then I have had no response and it been over two weeks and unfortunately it has now passed the 30 day refund period. I assume I will not hear back from them.I would be very cautious of purchasing as the product was completely different from what was shown on instagram and the quality is not great, plastic and cheap definitely not worth almost $200 dollars! Customer service is very poor.
I was skeptical about purchasing from an ad on social media. After doing research I took the leap! My bag is BEAUTIFUL!It is EXACTLY as it was pictured! The quality and craftsmanship is spot on. I was so impressed I ordered TWO bags the day I received my first purchase!
I received my bag about 3 days behind scheduled delivery date. When I received it. It came in a box that was no near the box it should have come in. There was no dust bag.. it was a plastic bag. My bag smelled like an awful chemical. I was so looking forward to my bag and very very disappointed. ☹️
Buyer beware. The bags shown is nothing to what you'll receive. Horrible customer service. Just a bunch of back and forth until you have to contact your financial institution to get your money back. Not even a dupe worth leaving the house with as if some old grandma is sewing away in a single candle lit room. Trust your gut and save for the real thing or find any other seller than impeccable bags. Save yourself and don't trust the reviews. They are apart of their marketing.
Excellent quality! Was some condusion on MY part about the box.. Which now I understand!Communication during shipping was amazing!Shipping however, at the holidays was a little deleayed, not on their part, just "overloaded" shipping during the holidays! Will be purchasing another!
My experience with this company is beyond compare. The selection available is extensive so I found exactly what I was looking for and then some. Ordering was easy and the prices are so good, so I purchased two bags. Customer service is great and I received an email with every step on the shipping. My order arrived a couple of days early and I was totally blown away when I opened the packages. These bags are excellent quality and absolutely beautiful. I can tell they take the time and make every detail is just right. I have recommended this company to my friends and I, myself, will be making additional purchases very soon.
