i orderd 3 bags never got them and now they wont giveme a full refund they sent me a partial refund on 1 bag and wont send me refund on the 2 other bagsbeen fighting with them for months now disputing charged with my CC Company
I ordered a purse and the catch would not work properly. I offered to return, but instead they told me to choose another bag of the same value and they would ship it. The shipment came quickly and I could not be happier with the way things were handled. I would recommend Impeccable Bags to anyone.
Positive- their shipping communication was excellent.Negative- Once I received my goods, I can no longer log on to the site. It doesn't recognize my login, password, and won't allow me to reset a password. I wanted to contact them to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase, but that's not an option. Even the CHAT bot won't reply. My purse arrived in a bag with no box, and was distressed.
