My work places me on the Impellus Certificate of Learning courses to enhance my leadership skills. I have found the courses thoroughly interesting and engaging, and have helped provide me with techniques I can employ in my work. The trainers have been very good - Marc in particular. Would recommend these courses to anyone who wants to further enhance their leadership skills.
I've just completed my 3rd workshop with Impellus, towards my Level 3 ILM Award in Leadership and Management. All 3 workshops have been really interesting and engaging, and I've been able to apply what I've learnt into my day to day working life as a Manager. The course leaders I had were David Ross and Marc Sewell.
The leadership course provided a practical and inspiring set of sessions. I loved how they used personal / real-world case studies and interactive discussions to really strengthen the impact and engagement of the course. Overall, it was an experience that sharpened my self-awareness as a leader and introduced me to a wider perspective of opinions from outside of my business.
5 Star experience, course Handbook is of great quality, sessions are very well planned and very informative. Exercises are incredibly easy to implement in your organisation, and Amy has a wealth of knowledge in training, which makes you have a lot of "Aha" moments. I would highly recommend the course to anyone wanting to improve their skills in the organisation.
