Very Disappointing – Doesn’t Work

I tried ImportSend hoping for an easy way to manage email campaigns, but unfortunately the system didn’t perform as promised. Emails often didn’t go out at all, and the tracking features seemed unreliable or non-functional. It gave me the impression that the platform isn’t fully operational as a genuine CRM. I reached out for help but didn’t get any real resolution. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience and I can’t recommend this service based on what I’ve seen.

Does what it says on the box

Does what it says on the box. Created multiple list without any issues and love how simple everything is. Support response times varies quite a bit though, sometimes they respond within a few minutes and sometimes it takes a few hours.
