They then deleted all my uploaded data and accused me of phishing, refusing any explanation or access despite multiple support requests. This feels like a clear scam tactic to take money and run, as others report similar issues with ignored tickets and fake reports post-payment. Now our lawyer will talk to them.

absolutely fake and blames the list where same list gives results with other tools here they show fake reports and sometime no report at all for campaigns, initiated legeal suit against them.

Using them to email my small list of blog subscribers and so far newsletter open rates are pretty good for a new ip (25% to 35%) and engagement has been pretty consistent. Hopefully it stabilizes at a higher point once the ip is warm.

Importsend is a bad company

Importsend is a bad company. This email marketing is not recommended. I have used it and seen that more than 96% emails are going to spam. I have contact with them, but unable to solve this spam problem. I have followed their warm up process correctly.They also not provide refund. I am aking for refund but don't provide. They says that they do not guarantee inboxing. Without inboxing email marketing has no value. So don't waste the money here.
