Service was fine but I resent being bombarded with emails. Only days after purchasing the last cartridge you sent me an email telling me my printer wanted a new cartridge? Cute selling proposal but totally inappropriate. And often you send me emails about cartridges I don't use 'cos they are not designed for my printer. I'll buy from you when I need - unless I get pissed off by your marketing techniques beforehand.
