We collaborated with the company for almost three years and tried to remain patient despite various challenges. Unfortunately, our latest experience was unacceptable and cannot be overlooked. Due to internal mismanagement and missed deadlines on their part, 24 customer orders were returned, leading us to issue refunds, lose advertising funds, and damage our brand's reputation. These were significant, quantifiable losses, not just delays. Even after they acknowledged that the issue stemmed from their internal processes, they refused to offer any compensation, claiming that refunds are 'not possible under their procedures.' As a result, we are now in the process of switching to a new fulfillment partner. If you manage a serious brand where speed, accountability, and reliability are crucial, I cannot recommend partnering with them.
