Misleading Shipping and Poor Customer Service

This item is produced overseas, despite claims of local shipping. They refuse to issue a refund and only provide store credit if you cover the return shipping. The products are not as described and seem to be gimmicks. Interestingly, I was charged $54.99 for my purchase, while the customs value was listed at only $4.99. They also appear to be deceptive regarding tariff fees. This needs to be addressed!

Completely Misleading Description

The item did not match the description at all. I anticipated a sweater featuring elbow patches and a leather-like material around the neckline. Instead, I received a shiny shirt with a sweater-like print, complete with cartoonish edges and silly brown patches. Since the item was on sale, still priced at $55, I'm unable to obtain a refund. The option for store credit is available, but why would I consider that?

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this company.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. I ordered a men's wool sweater that was advertised at a significant discount, thinking it would make a great gift. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be just a t-shirt with a sweater print. When I sought a refund, they initially offered me half of my money back if I kept the item, which I refused. I insisted on a full refund, but they tried to dissuade me from returning it. After much persistence, they finally agreed to a full refund upon return. They provided a return label, but the link was fraudulent and didn’t work. When I reached out again, they reverted to offering only 50% back. I had to argue and send proof of the misleading advertisement to get them to acknowledge their mistake. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. They have caused endless frustration, and I believe they should face serious consequences for their practices.

Complete disappointment

Zero! I give this company zero stars for the scam they pulled. I bought a men's wool sweater with shoulder patches that was advertised on sale from $100 to $49. When it arrived, it was just a t-shirt with a printed image of a sweater. I requested a refund, but they first offered me half my money back if I kept the item. I insisted on a full refund, and after much back and forth, they agreed to it upon return. However, the return label they sent was a fraudulent link. When I contacted them again, they only offered 50% back. I had to provide proof of the misleading advertisement. This company is a complete scam; I would never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

Poor merchandise quality

The quality of the merchandise is disappointing. The item I received was not the same color or detail as shown on the website. When I reached out to customer service about receiving a red jacket instead of the burgundy one I ordered, they informed me that it couldn't be returned because it was on sale. They suggested compensation if I purchased another item, which I have no interest in. Additionally, they ship from overseas, leading to high return shipping costs.

Very low-quality material

The material was the lowest quality I've ever encountered, far from flannel. The color was also different from the picture. The inner liner was poorly constructed, appearing melted rather than sewn. This company should not be allowed to sell in the U.S.

Received a subpar sweater

I received a poor-quality sweater that was supposed to have elbow patches, but they were just printed on the forearms. It cost $54, and they refused to accept a return, offering only $75 in store credit. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

Lack of proper support

Avoid this company at all costs

UPDATE: I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back! This is a total scam with terrible quality. The product I received was see-through and did not match the online photos. The item lacked necessary labels, which is illegal. Their return policy is complicated and expensive, making it clear they are not interested in repeat customers. Their business model is a hit-and-run scam—stay away!
