I was having issues with the Culling program and Max was able to trouble-shoot with me through the Support chat box to fix the issue quickly and easily! I love using the Imagen AI Culling & AI Editing program, but what really sets them apart is how quickly, kindly, and professionally the Customer Support folks handle inquiries. I cannot recommend Imagen enough!
The entire process was made easier and more efficient with the help of on-line processing and communication.
