Another faulty oven, the 1st oven the heating element fell down and gave my husband 3rd degree burns. It was replaced with the same oven, once again the new oven not even a few months later did the same thing. Engineer came to fix it. Again my oven has done the exact same, it's a known fault but because it's past the 14 days repair warranty they wanted me to pay £75 for an engineer to come out. Spend over an hour getting passed around each department. I was told because I haven't been burnt or it hasn't set anything on fire they can't repair it without charging me. The heating element randomly dropping down isn't classed as a safety issue. What a load of BS! Next time it burns either of us ill be looking for a solicitor!!
I am extremely frustrated. I purchased a washing machine to replace my excellent 20-year-old model because it seemed like a perfect match with a larger capacity. However, the 1400 spin speed is only available through lengthy wash cycles, or I have to run a shorter program and then manually select the 1400 spin. Additionally, the 1200 spin leaves my clothes too wet for the dryer. It's surprising that while we can achieve so much technologically, this company can't link a 1400 spin to a shorter wash cycle, something my previous machine did effortlessly two decades ago. Unbelievable.

I purchased a dishwasher, and while it operates adequately, the build quality feels flimsy, and the door is flexible. However, what really upset me was that my phone number was sold to a telemarketer. Just two hours after I registered my warranty, I received an unsolicited call from a company trying to sell me something. Very disappointing.
Like many others, I bought a fridge freezer about 10 months ago, and it constantly runs cold without proper temperature control. When I called for a repair, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a rude and condescending agent who was more interested in selling me insurance than addressing my issue. When I insisted on a warranty repair, I was threatened with a call-out fee if no fault was found. I canceled the appointment and decided to switch to a more reputable brand. This company has no complaints process and ignores negative reviews, which speaks volumes.
My microwave oven needs repair under warranty, but I keep being told that the necessary part is unavailable. Why can't they remove the part from another unit or provide a replacement? It's hard to believe they have no spare parts available after two months. I wouldn't recommend this brand.
I bought a washing machine a few weeks ago, and I've never experienced such poor quality in all my years of using them. I purchased it through a retailer, and I won't be doing that again. The programs are absurd, and it sounds like an old machine. Don't waste your money.
