I recently got my company registered through IndiaFilings, and my case was handled by Oiaz Naseem Ahmed Khan. He was extremely polite and patient throughout the process, guiding me step by step as everything was handled online and over the phone. What impressed me most was his commitment—he even stayed back to complete and submit the application on time. He was always available on call and message, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.
I was looking for a Copywrite service, the company representative Lokesh took me in confidence and made me make 8.5k payment and then went unresponsive for a week, when i reach customer support a received a call from Venkatesh who assigned me a few people, after that i came in touch with Anandi B and she has not idea about the work and asked me to draft everting and share with them for the service i was looking from her and not even provided Templates for reference, then after a week Nanduja came in picture this and i asked fee for refund and she told me refund team will contact me after eating for 2 weeks I contact back again and Nilofer was assigned to assist me again after few days of taking she is unresponsive over email and phone. She mentioned me that she will be creating a refund ticket for me but no ticket is there when i check today. And overall IndiaFilings have scammed me for 8500 and wasted my 2 months
Initially it was not clear and used twisted words.Then unexpected charges wants me to pay and get credit voucher in return.Then refund issue wants 30 workings days to get the money back which means you have to wait for at least 6 to 7 weeksSimply pathetic company I will never use this company in this life I STRONGLY NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY
What a shit company seriously, no where in their domain/trademark-registration page it says there would be extra $299 per class for foreign nationals, also it showcase that "Foreign nationals and entities can file trademarks in India with a ₹9,000 filing fee" and just below that they have showcased ₹9,000 Includes Filing Fee"And that too is fine, when you ask for refund just after finding out that you are not eligible they would outright say 20% will be deducted ? i mean for what its just 5 min you have not even started anything
It's a real cheating company.They are collecting upfront payment for all their services but after getting the same same they are treating us like begger. I have associated with them and refered some customers,now I lost all of them because of their poor services and response.Myself give one TM work,now it's one year,no update from them.Even they are not attending the calls and not responding to the messages.
