If I could leave a no star rate, I would.
I received an email confirming the care hire, I called the company to double check two points. Matthew investigated & upon me asking him to clarify if the previous call included me, confirming that I understood the £200 deposit, he refused to check and stated “it doesn’t matter if I confirmed it or not”. I stated I was disabled and have additional needs and tried to explain that and he laughed, actually scoffed at me and refused to check the recorded phone call.
I have never received such negative response from a Director of a company. He spoke to me like shit. I’m appalled and shocked at the ignorance of this man. I called to cancel my reservation, Matthew did not want any customer feed back!
