They are true fraud

They are true fraud. There is no option for pay on delivery. Once you pay online you will never receive your product. Top of above they never pick phone or respond. So guys be careful.

Deeply disappointed

I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and delivery standards. I placed an order for a vegan oat latte worth ₹900, with a promised delivery time of one week. Not only was there zero communication or status updates, but after waiting an entire month, I received the wrong product. Despite repeated attempts, no one responded to my calls or messages. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Please be cautious — do not waste your money ordering from this page."

Fraud website..

Didn't know until after I placed the order that this is swadindia website with a new name.I ordered coffee sachets, eggless cake from this site. Only cake, that too made with eggs was delivered. No response from customer support mail regarding this.Also, an earlier order I placed in swadindia website on 01/01/2024 is still showing under process. These guys are frauds.

Scammers!!!

These guys are not legitimate. I was following up regarding an order. The customer service number listed on their website is switched off. They don't respond on their whatsapp number unless you ping them repeatedly. They then blocked me just because I used multiple questions marks and exclamation points. They called it "aggressive behaviour". Not even sure if the company is actually called Indygood or something else.
