I attempted to activate 5 SIMs purchased from an online retailer. The first activation went well, but problems arose with the second. Each time I tried to activate the next SIM while logged in, the site logged me out and requested all my information, including IMEI and ICCID, but then insisted I create an entirely new account! I reached out to the support team, but their English was unclear, and responses took ages. Their suggestion was to use the same email and password for a new account, which didn't make sense since I shouldn't need a new account for a family plan. I followed their advice, but I still couldn't activate the second SIM and now I'm locked out of my account, unable to reset my password. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was promised a callback shortly, but two days later, I'm still waiting!
