The service is always down, you will never get a live customer service rep to assist. Even when service is up I constantly get playback errors on all 3 tvs although I’ve cleared cache and did repeated troubleshooting on my own, as it’s impossible to get support or a refund for the service I never received!Save your money and time and don’t use this company!

Customer service is only responsive when you’re requesting a trial or about to pay for a subscription. After about a month, the service stops working and support completely ignores requests for help. I paid over $80 for a one-year subscription, and it turned out to be a total waste of money. Consider this a warning—be cautious, as this appears to be a scam.
The service has been generally good but they let themselves down with the lack of service when things go wrong. Have been without anything for 3 days now and Whats App messages are being ignored. It seems that others have experienced this too. I have 3 lines, none of which are working. This also happened three months ago when they did actually reply to my message to tell me that their main server was down - it came back in the end though.Overall I've done ok out of the 12 month contract - it expires in April so the 8 months where the service has done what it's supposed to have still worked out cheaper than buying Sky etc. I just don't like the radio silence when things go wrong so I won't be renewing.
This service was so simple and easy to apply to my TV and fast to run on my Smart TV all the channels are working perfectly no problems with buffering or rendering there are so many channels once I have never even heard of before and I am so excited to get to know this service more the resolution is great and so clear the response of loading each channel is very very fast I am so glad I found this service and made this purchase I will forever be a customer of this service thank you.
Once uouve paid your money they ignore any issues, cant watch anything, contacted them several times, but no resolution. The whats app chat suppirt is useless, says any issues are not down to them, then ignores further messages, avoid at all costs, £60 down the drain.
I regret signing up with Infiniti. While they have a decent selection of movies, the service is completely unreliable. I’ve been locked out of my account for days and can’t log in at all. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times over the past 4 days and haven’t received a single response. Terrible customer service and zero accountability. Definitely not worth the frustration.
