WARNING: Avoid Chuwi. Order #ES7176, a 1.932€ laptop. They received my return on Jan 3rd and promised a solution today, Feb 2nd. Still NO tracking number. Total silence and broken promises. If you value your money, stay away. VISA dispute is now in progress.
Chuwi is now asking me to wait until mid-February to ship a replacement for a unit they received 20 days ago (Jan 3rd). This is absolutely unacceptable for a €1,932 professional workstation. I am moving forward with the official bank chargeback and dispute process immediately."

Like the content; it’s very complete. The store is well-integrated and easy to explore, but the pop-ups are quite annoying. Occasionally, the site redirects you to the global page and then back again, repeating the process unnecessarily. It would also be helpful if more information were provided about international delivery costs.
