A really seamless experience. Infinity handled our installation after applying through our Wiltshire Council Solar Together scheme. I was very impressed with the communication and speed it all took place. The Infinity AI app has been really interesting to be able to quickly understand what the system will be delivering and how it will adapt. I appreciated follow up call with Johannes, who answered some questions around the app, my system and how to get the most from it.
The installation team provided exceptional service, demonstrating politeness, helpfulness, and efficiency, along with clear explanations. They worked diligently throughout the day with a high level of professionalism. They were very respectful and left the space spotless. I would highly recommend their services!

However, once the repairs were scheduled, things progressed well. Overall, I appreciate the resolution, though the initial delays were frustrating.

Despite showing proof, we received no clear answers and were pressured into accepting new terms. This has caused significant financial stress for us. While they may be reliable under normal circumstances, caution is advised if complications occur.
We had 17 panels and a battery system installed recently. The installation team worked hard and was very professional. The activation process was smooth, and the system itself is well-designed. However, the app provided for monitoring is lacking essential features, which is disappointing. The company has been reliable, and I feel confident in their support.

Negatives: The administrative team struggled with coordination, resulting in errors that could lead to future issues. Scaffolding arrangements were poorly managed, causing delays. There was even a suggestion to leave my home unlocked for access, which is unacceptable. Overall, the office staff's performance is concerning.
