Ordered a free trial in 2022 which I have subsequently been charged for on 3 consecutive years, to the tune of 100$ per year!
Plan is impossible-READ, impossible to cancel, with no responses from ‘support’ to respond to requests.
They have stolen 400$ of my cash, without confirming any subscription or agreement.
AND ignoring multiple requests to cancel.
Thieves and scamers!

Paid for the advertised "one-off" special upgrade but still can't access the premium slides - my account plan remains as "Free", not the premium. I have contacted them via their contact methods, but have received ZERO advice back from them. I wish I had have read these reviews before purchasing...now my hard earned $$ is now in their pocket in exchange for ZERO product.
