4 stars only as we had to contact custom service as no tracking was working?
The guys that delivered Zain & Taljmda were nice and put the very large box exactly where they where asked with out any fuss.
The two chaps that delivered my new garden furniture were absolutely lovely. Warm and friendly yet very professional at the same time. They arrived on time and were considerate of my home. Couldn’t ask for more. I think that they were called Nathan and Miles, top pair of blokes xxx
received message with allocated time delivery to the receive another message that delivery not made while standing at the shop door waiting. let guess driver did not like the traffic so thought stuff it. joke of a company
Extremely disapointed with the service when DX has been utlized by many visa services and they dont delivery on-time when it comes to visa or passport. Also, as a customer there is no medium to conatct the delivery person when delivery person can claim that the delivery was attempted but failed. The process DX is following is not transparent at all.
Very disappointing experience with DX. They repeatedly claim they “cannot find the address” despite clear instructions and correct details being provided. After calling and being assured the driver would return the same day, the parcel was instead taken to one of their units and not delivered. I was effectively misled over the phone and the delivery commitment was not honoured. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend using DX.
I needed a parcel urgently and used next day delivery. The driver apparently tried to deliver and supposedly left a card - someone was at home all day and the ring camera's show nobody tried to make a delivery at all.

8 days over 3 weeks including multiple 'REBOOKS' spent waiting in for a DX weekday delivery that doesn't happen & not even attempted. The package is a medium sized solar panel from 'rvpozwer' ordered through 'AliExpress', delivering to SE28.
For those who receive their expected delivery - all well & good & normal. But, for the 20% of DX reviewers that are made to suffer, please send us some sympathy in your thoughts & prayers, DX does not.
Yet again 23/2, for the umpteenth time, I got an afternoon text - 'DX CAN'T DELIVER TODAY AS EXPECTED, REBOOK' '. So yet again I was forced to rebook online.

Decent communication, was slightly concerned when hadn’t received a text the day before about timing but it came through just after 6pm and timing was spot on. Delivery arrived, and old mattress collected within about 5 minutes. Can’t fault
It's the third time I have to wait for a DX letters send buy government, I have no idea why they choses this worst courier provider, guys are liar says was in front of house, or said we drop a card in your letter box, just unless company.
if its happen once, fait enough, but every time the same
they don't deliver on the day they have too, pretend that nobody was at home, and ask you to reschedule. You took a day off to hope getting your important letter for nothing, and even the second time they done the same it took 1 week to get a letter, longer that post office a complete disgrace.
Absolutely unacceptable and stressful experience with DX delivery service.
We were expecting an urgent official government ID document from the Indian Embassy for our 3-month-old baby, scheduled for delivery on 13 February. The document contains highly sensitive personal information, so timely and secure delivery was critical.
The parcel did not arrive on the scheduled date. When we contacted customer support on 16 February, we were incorrectly told that it had already been delivered. When we asked for proof of delivery, the support team refused to help and simply stated that only the sender could raise the enquiry. The representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no urgency whatsoever despite the seriousness of the situation.
Because of DX’s lack of accountability, we were forced to contact the embassy multiple times ourselves to locate a confidential document belonging to our infant child. This caused immense stress and anxiety for us as parents.
Then, without any prior communication, explanation, or apology, someone suddenly delivered the document on 19 February, six days late.
This entire experience was traumatic and completely avoidable. The inaccurate tracking information, poor handling of a sensitive government document, and the unprofessional behaviour of the customer service team are deeply concerning.
I would strongly caution anyone relying on DX for important or confidential deliveries. This level of service is simply not acceptable.
