I have already 4 Ingersoll watches.Their customer service was excelent. One of them had a malfunctioning and it was solved right away.One promotiondidn’t work for me and they right away gave another code in order to purchase another desired watch.Thanks guys.
I recently had a problem with a watch I bought a few months ago, the problem related to the fixture of the watch case to the strap.I exchanged a few emails and I have just received the answer to the problem, replacement screws.Excellent service and thank you to the person who helped me through the problem.
Been after an Ingersoll watch for years, ordered 1 from very, small discount. When it arrived, it was beautiful, but, I prefer a smaller face. I'd looked at what I thought was the same as the one I have purchased, but had a a 45cm face, the one I went for has a 38cm face, perfect.Also, bracelet needed no alteration, so overall we'll happy, and with 50% off, cannot complain at all.
