I must admit that I approached this order with considerable apprehension, having previously experienced several disappointing occasions with online tailoring — including late deliveries and garments that did not fully adhere to the provided measurements.
From the very first day, Deba completely transformed my expectations. She made the entire online ordering experience remarkably smooth and stress-free. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, with step-by-step updates via email — from confirming measurements to providing regular progress updates. At no point did I feel uncertain or hassled.
Both my suit and my daughter’s suit were delivered in just under two weeks, and they were absolutely perfect — no amendments were required. My daughter has special needs and is currently undergoing treatment, which meant her measurements had changed significantly after they were initially sent. Deba responded with extraordinary kindness and efficiency by replacing the trousers free of charge, and doing so without delay. This act of compassion and understanding is something I will remain forever grateful for.

I often buy from Henna Mehndi, as well as having my wedding dress custom designed by Deba baji! My recent purchase was the Avyanna kaftan with beautiful crushed dubata that came exactly as pictured, and as a 5’3 woman, was tailored exactly to my specifications. The materials and craftsmanship of each piece I’ve ever bought have always been of the highest quality. Henna Mehndi also provides excellent customer service by communicating throughout the journey of each order and sticking to the stated dispatch and delivery times. Had ordered just one month before travelling and was extremely worried of not being able to receive the items before going, but they were very responsive through emails, have got my parcel 2 days before departure. Quality is very good, that’s why prices are not cheap. Satisfied with my order. Thank you 🙂
I have bought three outfits from here and I am so pleased I did even though it can be a worry ordering online. They are beautiful and so unique. The customer service has been excellent. I had to change the sizes of two of the trousers and they have been very accommodating, as I thought I would have to send the whole outfit back. Deba has been amazing with replying back to emails quickly and dealing with the issues politely and kindly. Thank you Deba and the whole team .
First order, was very excited. Unfortunately it was an extremely disappointing experience.The quality of work, cuts and stitching is subpar, fitting is terrible. Fabric used for skirt is flimsy and cheap looking. I will have to spend another hundred pounds sorting it out. Totally not worth it for an outfit that already cost £200+Bad experience with delivery/ postage and nonchalant customer service.Sadly do not recommend
Very good experience ordering my outfit with Henna Mehndi, although i had very short time they still managed to get my outfit delivered to me well in advance and only took 2 weeks to get to me. I am very pleased with the service they provide and how they are always replying back to emails and answering any queries promptly.
